IAFF Fire Fighters' Memorial
Jack Quinn's welcomes Fire Fighters from all over the United States into the Public House surrounding the solemn ceremony to be held on Saturday, September 20, 2008. A number of Pipe Bands participate in these events.
The mission of the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial, which is located in the shadow of Pike’s Peak, is to honor the sacrifice made by IAFF members who serve as professional fire fighters and emergency medical personnel who have given their lives in the line of duty.
Since its creation in 1976, the names of fallen IAFF members have been engraved into the wall of honor located behind the memorial. The organization also provides assistance to surviving families and serves as a public reminder of the risks fire fighters take every day.
The IAFF will ensure that the ceremony remains an uplifting one for the families, friends and loved ones, and that it celebrates the lives, heroism and accomplishments of our union’s bravest of the brave.

2008 OysterFest Scheduled
This year's OysterFest, fashioned after the great one each year in Galway, Ireland, will spotlight different varieties of oysters, Irish Music and dancing. This is always a very lively time around the Pub, so don't miss this year's event!
Monthly céilí continues
Join us on the second Wednesday of each month for a real Irish Céilí! That's an Irish social dance. You can see traditional Irish stepdancers from the Celtic Steps Irish Dance group or the McTeggard Irish Step Dancers, along with live music featuring Ceol Céilí, shown below, or other traditional Irish bands. It all starts at 7 pm! We'll even have instruction for you to learn the basic steps of an Irish social dance. Great fun and no cover!
