Our menu features Irish classics like fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage and Irish stew, along with American favorites like beef burgers, wings, and crab cakes. COTTAGE PIE

An 8oz top sirloin grilled to order finished with Jameson Irish whiskey butter. Served with champ potatoes and sautéed vegetables. 18

Salmon filet roasted on cedar planks for a smoky finish and topped with Irish whiskey glaze. Served with roasted rosemary potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables. 19

Tender pork shoulder slow cooked and covered in Quinn’s Guinness gravy and topped with shoestring onions. Served with champ potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables. 18

Pan seared chicken breast topped with melted Irish cheddar and a creamy Irish whiskey mushroom sauce. Served with roasted rosemary potatoes and sautéed vegetables. 17

Boxties

The potato has long been central to the Irish diet, for a majority of that time the poor were totally dependent on potatoes to survive. During the Great Potato Famine (1847-1849), a blight destroyed the potato crop, leaving many Irish with no food. Over 1.1 million people died and 1 million emigrated in what was the greatest tragedy in Irish history. At this time workhouses sprang up around the country where people were paid meager wages for industrial labor. The little money they had afforded them the simplest of diets and whatever potatoes they could find went into a flour based pancake and cooked over a griddle.

Tender beef tips, braised in Guinness stout and onions, wrapped in an Irish boxty. Topped with cream sauce and bleu cheese crumbles. Served with sautéed seasonal vegetables. 12.5

DUBLIN DEVIL CAKE

Devil’s food cake filled with Guinness stout ganache and covered in chocolate butter-cream frosting. Served with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce. 8

A warm homemade brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, caramel, crushed walnuts and a cherry. 7
